Take Care is based in Sydney, Australia, and we post to anywhere in the world.
The payment side of our website is handled by PayPal. Each item is listed with two options - 'Add to cart Australia' and 'International'. If you're anywhere in the world other than Australia please use the 'International' option.
PayPal is not the most precise postage calculator: if for some reason it drastically over (or under) charges you for postage we will be in contact to sort it out. If you are not in Australia and you would prefer to have the exact amount of postage calculated prior to placing your order, please contact us.
All prices are listed in Australian dollars. If you send us a direct payment for an International order please remember to change the currency to AUD.
You can order as much as you like. If you plan on ordering a very large number of things (say, more than 20 items) please contact us first so we can calculate exact postage.
We usually have limited quantities of any given item in stock. If for some reason you want to purchase more than 1 or 2 copies of something, contact us first so we can check our stock.
Occasionally we sell out of things faster than we can update the website. If you order something we've sold out of we will offer you an alternative, or a refund.
All orders are sent by Australia Post standard post within Australia, or Airmail for international orders. Most orders are small and can be sent at the letter rate, larger orders are sent as parcels.
Please note that recent changes to the Australia Post letter service means that delivery times for letters, depending on your location, can be over 4 working days. We aim to post orders within 4 days of receiving them. Therefore, it may take a week or more for your order to arrive, even if you are also located in Sydney. These are estimated times only: sometimes it's faster, sometimes a bit slower. Please be patient and remember, it's the post, not the internet :) For International post, please allow at least two weeks for your order to arrive.
Missing in the post?
Since we opened we have sent hundreds of orders and only once has one gone missing in the post! If you think that your parcel has gone missing we strongly recommend checking with your local post office before contacting us: 9 times out of 10 it will be there waiting for you.
If you know that you have trouble with your mail and are worried that your order won't show up, contact us first so we can calculate the cost of registering your order.
